If your business decides to leave your current service provider for a BIG provider, and the BIG provider says that they will notify your current provider, and take care of everything, BEWARE!  It is not their policy to watch out for you!

No matter what, it is your responsibility to notify your current provider.  Make sure that you are still not in a term agreement and give them at least thirty days written and certified mail notice.  National ComTel brings on new customers on a regular basis and it is our policy to educate our new customer on how to properly move forward to cover your butt’s.
