We have been working with a potential customer for nearly two years.  They ask questions which is wonderful and kudos to them for that.  However, they have a history of taking the information that we educate them with and then attempt to do things on their own, believing that they are saving money and time.

They conducted an overnight move on their own from one location to another, instead of allowing a company like National ComTel to assist and make suggestions, they have doubled their Internet costs alone, extended their estimated installation date.

Very recently they came back to ask asking for assistance in providing Internet and VoIP services to their third location of which they already purchased.  Guess what, they bought the land and put up a temporary office; then they called us for services.  After assisting them with fixing their previous two locations issues.

They moved to a new location that they purchased, then called us, now they have an unplanned $15,000.00 construction cost because they did not pre-qualify the location.  Now in addition to these unplanned costs, their operational downtime has been extended indefinitely.
