It does not matter where you are calling from or calling to.  If the call is routed through any of the geographic areas where these providers are, look out for we have seen charges as high as sixty cents per minute.  These charges can affect VoIP, cellular/mobile and unlimited long distance packages.

Some of the known area codes that we have seen are 218, 270, 308, 319, 402, 641, 605 and 712.  More exist and we will update our web site accordingly.  Remember that you do not have to dial this area code, the call only need routed through it.  And you will not know about it until you receive your bill.
